Our Story
Pristine Clean Interior Solutions LLC was founded by Aaron and Molly Martin — a husband-and-wife team who have spent more than two decades in the cleaning trade across the greater Seattle area. That's twenty-plus years of walking into other people's homes and businesses and being trusted with them.

We handle residential cleaning (standard, deep, and move-in/move-out), Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers, commercial cleaning for businesses, and roof and gutter cleaning. We also offer a range of add-on services including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, laundry, dish washing, dry cleaning, appliance deep cleans, ceiling fan dusting, outdoor furniture, and trash removal.
A standard clean covers the regular maintenance work: dusting and disinfecting horizontal surfaces, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming bedrooms and bathrooms, full bathroom cleaning, and kitchen countertops, stovetop, sink, and trash.
A deep clean includes all of that plus washing windows and window sills, cleaning the exterior of appliances like ovens, refrigerators and microwaves, dusting hard-to-reach areas such as bathroom vents and ceiling fan blades, wiping cabinet faces in the bathroom and kitchen, and disinfecting light switches and door knobs.
Book it once the home is empty, or as close to empty as possible. A move-out clean goes further than a deep clean: we clean all windows, sills and blinds, clean and sanitize inside, behind and underneath appliances, do bathroom vents and ceiling fan blades, wipe down all trim and baseboards, and disinfect every door knob and light switch. It's the service most likely to get a deposit back in full.
Yes, turnovers are one of our specialties. Each turnover includes dusting and disinfecting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping, changing the bedding, doing the laundry, and restocking toiletries. We schedule around your booking calendar so the unit is guest-ready between stays.

Our commercial work covers restroom sanitation and restocking, trash and recycling removal throughout the building, carpet and floor cleaning, and added services like interior and exterior window cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and floor stripping, waxing and buffing.
Pricing
Residential standard cleans start at $120, deep cleans start at $200, and move-in/move-out cleans start at $250. Airbnb turnovers are $95 for a 1 bed/1 bath, $120 for a 2 bed/1 bath, and $145 for a 3 bed/2 bath. Commercial pricing varies by space — carpet and floor cleaning starts at 40 cents per square foot.
